By accessing or using BE IT Ads Command Center, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BE IT Ads Command Center ("the Service"), operated by BE IT ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

BE IT Ads Command Center is a unified advertising analytics platform that allows you to:

  • Connect your advertising accounts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads via official OAuth APIs
  • Retrieve, store, and analyse campaign performance data including spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions
  • Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and CPC
  • View unified dashboards, funnel analysis, creative analysis, and cross-platform reports
  • Manage multiple client ad accounts within a single workspace

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, notify us immediately at support@be-it.site if you suspect unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

  • Only connect ad accounts that you own or have explicit authorisation to manage
  • Use the Service to analyse your own advertising data or that of clients who have granted you access
  • Comply with the terms of service of each advertising platform you connect
  • Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the Service to access advertising accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service outside of normal use
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to harm the Service
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to third parties without our written consent

6. Third-Party Platform Compliance

The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms. By using these integrations, you also agree to:

We are not responsible for changes to these third-party platforms' APIs, terms, or data availability.

7. Data and OAuth Permissions

When you connect an advertising platform, you authorise us to retrieve advertising performance data on your behalf using the minimum required read-only API permissions. We do not request permissions to create, modify, or delete ads or campaigns. You may revoke this access at any time from the Connections page in the app, or directly from each platform's settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by BE IT and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Your advertising data remains yours — we claim no ownership over campaign data retrieved from your connected ad accounts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure; that data from advertising platforms will be 100% accurate (accuracy depends on the platform APIs); or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Platform API outages, rate limits, or deprecations are outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BE IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@be-it.site. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with applicable laws or third-party platform terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
