Data Deletion Request

Quick deletion: Email privacy@be-it.site with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What data gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete:

  • Account data: Name, email address, hashed password, settings and preferences
  • OAuth tokens: All access and refresh tokens for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat — immediately upon confirmation
  • Advertising performance data: All campaign metrics, ad data, and sync history
  • Session data: All active sessions invalidated immediately
  • Saved reports and configurations: Custom reports, saved layouts, workspace settings

Note: Deleting your BE IT account does not delete data from Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat. To manage data on those platforms, visit each platform's data settings directly.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request email

Email privacy@be-it.site with subject line Data Deletion Request and your registered email address. Confirm that you want all data deleted.

Confirmation

We will reply within 3 business days to confirm your identity and acknowledge your request.

Deletion completed

All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive a final confirmation email.

Disconnect a platform (without deleting your account)

  1. Sign in at app.be-it.site
  2. Go to Connections in the navigation
  3. Click Disconnect next to the platform you want to remove
  4. This immediately revokes our OAuth token and stops future syncs

Facebook / Meta data deletion

If you connected via Facebook, Meta requires us to provide a dedicated data deletion endpoint. You can trigger Facebook-specific deletion by:
