After creating your workspace, go to the Connections page and click Connect next to each platform. You'll be redirected to that platform's login screen to authorise read-only access. Each connection takes under 2 minutes.

Automatically every 6 hours via a Hostinger cron job. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Data Sync page inside the app at any time.
Yes — both the marketing site and the dashboard app are fully responsive and work on phones and tablets.
Yes. BE IT runs on any standard PHP 8.3 + MySQL hosting. The cron job works on any host that supports scheduled tasks.
